NEW CITRIX SOFTWARE
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MICROSOFT WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM
If Citrix has never been installed on your personal pc or laptop, follow the instructions below:
1. From an internet browser type in remote.gardere.com (do not use any prefixes).
2. Find and choose the hyperlink called Download Citrix Software for Microsoft Operating System
3. Choose RUN.
4. Select Language – English – click OK
5. Accept the License Agreement, click NEXT, NEXT, NEXT, NEXT.
6. Use Local Name & Password – click NO, click NEXT
7. In the Program Neighborhood Options – Uncheck both boxes, click NEXT
8. Installation Summary Window – click NEXT
9. The installation will complete – please review the information below regarding desktop icons.
IMPORTANT:
From this point forward to access Citrix, you will use an internet browser to connect to remote.gardere.com. Please delete all desktop icons for the Citrix Program Neighborhood are added with the install (right-click the icon – choose “delete”).
